Welcomes Volunteers

You can help to ensure a smooth, impactful, and inspiring experience for attendees, speakers, and sponsors while hearing interesting sessions and making useful contacts. We provide volunteers free or reduced admission in return for their service.

Helping attendees find their way to sessions and directing speakers to sessions and panels.

Roles are available across:

Event Operations — Registration, logistics, and attendee assistance.
Speaker & Sponsor Support — Helping guests and VIPs with scheduling and materials.
Media & Communications — Assisting with photography, social media updates, and press coordination.
Green Team — Ensuring our event maintains sustainable and low-waste practices.

All volunteers will receive complimentary access to conference sessions, meals during their shifts, and an official Accelerating the Transition volunteer certificate of appreciation.
