Your donation directly supports Accelerating the Transition, a non-profit dedicated to connecting leaders and accelerating state and local clean-energy progress. All gifts fund conference operations, scholarships, student access, and community participation. Accelerating the Transition has applied for Federal and state nonprofit 501(3)c status and over the next 18 months while our application is reviewed, all donations are tax deductible through our fiscal agent, Foundation Earth
Cancellations before March 1, 2026 receive a full refund less $100. After this date, refunds are case-by-case.

Where Your Support Goes
Donations will be used to cover basic conference expenses, and any surplus will be used to provide stipends and scholarships for public officials who require assistance to attend the conference. Funds in excess of operating expenses and scholarships will be used to help Accelerating the Transition organize and fund future conferences. Any additional funds beyond those provided in financial assistance to attendees will help Accelerating the Transition with ongoing operating expenses so we will be able to organize future conferences.
